Behind the lens is Vanessa Vermaas, a photographer and filmmaker with six years of experience shooting across Southeast Asia and Europe. Alongside her work behind the camera, she's spent three years immersed in executive search, interviewing hundreds of senior marketing leaders across beauty, personal care, and luxury goods brands. That dual perspective gives her something most photographers don't have: a real, inside understanding of how marketing teams think — how they read consumer behaviour, evaluate what's worth chasing, and decide what content actually earns a place in front of their audience.
